When their real estate investing journey began, twin brothers Kelly Edwards and Chris Edwards were able to navigate this new territory fairly well on their own.

Reading, studying, and asking as many questions as possible (and they asked a lot!) they began to see some real success in their first year in the business - but luck was surely on their side. However, the brothers understood that if they were going to grow their real estate business to the level at which they desired, they would need to seek the help of an experienced industry professional - a true master of investment real estate.

Over the next few years, they went from rehabbing a few houses to running a real business...with the help and guidance from a mentor - someone who had experienced real world, "in the trenches", investment real estate success.

How Our Mentoring Works

The Edwards Companies frequently receives a number of inquiries about whether it provides a real estate mentoring or "coaching" program. So we'll take a look at the current options.

The Edwards brothers' time is very limited these days, and at any point they may have a maximum of 3 -5 parties working within their mentoring schedule. These individuals are able to work closely with the brothers while they learn exactly how they've built their real estate portfolio, discover the systems and tools they use for property management and maintenance, and what it is they do on a daily basis that lead to their success.

At this time, there are two (2) "Ask Anything" Coaching Call plans and four (4) different program packages available.

"Ask Anything" Coaching Calls – 30 Min or 60 Min:

($100 - 30 Minutes / $175 - 60 Minutes)

Within 1 week of sign up, we will schedule one 30-minute or 60-minute coaching call via Phone. We’ll talk about your game plan and answer any questions you have about how to get started. This time is yours so we're open to any questions you may have so we encourage you to plan ahead to make the most of your time and investment.

Bronze Program ($275) – 30 Days:

Coaching Call: Within 30 days of sign up, we will schedule one hour-long coaching call via Skype or Phone. We’ll talk about your game plan and answer any questions you have about how to get started.
Email Access: You’ll get email access to the Edwards brothers for 30 days to ask any questions you have. One (1) email per week.
Business Plan: You will receive access to the entire New Real Estate Investor Business Plan from start-to-finish. It explains how to get started, what to focus your energies on, and how the deal-flow process works.

Silver Program ($495) – 60 Days:

Coaching Calls (Meetings): Within 30 days of sign up, we will schedule two coaching calls/meetings via Face-to-face (if local), Skype, or Phone (i.e. – once a month). Each session will be approx one hour (and up to two hours if you need more help).
Email Access: You’ll get email access to the Edwards brothers for 60 days to ask any questions you have. Three (3) emails per week.
Business Plan: You will receive access to the entire New Real Estate Investor Business Plan from start-to-finish. It explains how to get started, what to focus your energies on, and how the deal-flow process works.
Summary: By the time we’re done, you’re going to understand how to find deals, buy them, close on them, list them, get them sold and start making some very large pay checks. With three coaching calls over 60 days, you’ll be able to ask more direct, deal-specific questions at a few regular intervals and you’ll get a bit more help to ensure your success as you’re getting started.

Gold Program ($695) – 90 Days:

Coaching Calls (Meetings): Within 30 days of sign up, we will schedule three coaching calls/meetings via Face-to-face (if local), Skype, or Phone (i.e. – once a month). Each session will be approx one hour (and up to two hours if you need more help).
Email Access: You’ll get email access to the Edwards brothers for 90 days to ask any questions you have. Three (3) emails per week.
Business Plan: You will receive access to the entire New Real Estate Investor Business Plan from start-to-finish. It explains how to get started, what to focus your energies on, and how the deal-flow process works.
Summary: By the time we’re done, you’re going to understand how to find deals, buy them, close on them, list them, get them sold and start making some very large pay checks. With three coaching calls over 90 days, you’ll be able to ask more direct, deal-specific questions at a few regular intervals and you’ll get a bit more help to ensure your success as you’re getting started.

Platinum Program ($1,195) – 180 Days:

Coaching Calls (Meetings): Within 30 days of sign up, we will schedule three coaching calls/meetings via Face-to-face, Skype, or Phone (i.e. – once a month). Each session will be approx one hour (and up to two hours if you need more help).
Unlimited Access: You’ll have unlimited email access to one of the Edwards brothers throughout our entire 180 day commitment. If you get stuck on anything along the way, simply send us an email and we'll respond to you within 24 hours.
Business Plan: You will receive access to the entire New Real Estate Investor Business Plan from start-to-finish. It explains how to get started, what to focus your energies on, and how the deal-flow process works.
Summary: By the time we’re done, you’re going to understand how to find deals, buy them, close on them, list them, get them sold and start making some very large pay checks. With three coaching calls AND unlimited email access to us, you’ll never be in the dark about what to do. You’ll always be able to ask us direct, deal-specific questions and get hands-on help to ensure your success as you’re getting started.
