Your first step is to view the interior of the home that you're interested in leasing, AND then submit an application.

Due to high demand for our homes they are typically shown using a “group showing” format. It’s common for a group of 10-20 individuals to take part in these showings of the homes. When advertised, our website will list the appropriate time/date of the scheduled showing.
IMPORTANT: We encourage prospective residents to make every effort to attend these showings as scheduled (due to increased demand) as private or one-on-one showings are very uncommon and not likely to occur.
